Returns Policy

At Michelle Witts Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- be unused and in original condition

- be returned in original packaging where possible

- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- personalised or custom-made items

- gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
